Shipping policy

At Always Kose, we’re so excited to get your order to you! All items are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is packed with care and shipped through USPS, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package right to your doorstep. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and typically arrive within 3–7 business days after processing. Please keep in mind that delays may occur during high-volume times like holidays or launch days. We currently ship within the United States only, but hope to expand in the future.
